Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered to you:
Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time
Production Time Notice: Our bedding collection require 7 days for production before shipment. Once your order is ready, we'll promptly ship it to your doorstep. We appreciate your patience and trust in our commitment to delivering top-notch products.
Warehouse Processing Time : Orders leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard Delivery (for majority address in Us): 8-10 business days, FREE for orders over $80.
-Remote Delivery: If your shipping address is in Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands, your shipping fee is $7.99 USD (for order over $80.00) or $10.99 USD (for order less than $79.99).
*These are estimates based on the time it took for majority of orders to be delivered. Actual Processing and Shipping time may take shorter or longer, depending on order surges.
*Electronic products which contain batteries may take few more days in the shipping time than the other products.
*ABOUT TAX: Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, VAZA SILK cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
*If your order shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local shipping carrier with your local tracking number first (which can be found in the original tracking email we sent you), then ask them to get a certificate of not receiving the order and submit it to us. The local shipping carriers usually tell you they do not have that certificate, please walk into their office and complain them, they have to give it to you according to their complaint policy.
